When you interact with Forma, we may collect the following information: • Name, email address, and phone number submitted through our booking form or checkout • Property details you provide for scoping purposes • Payment method information (processed and stored securely by Stripe — we do not store raw card data) • Communications sent to us via email or phone
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: • Deliver the services you've engaged us for • Process and store your payment method for billing as described in our Terms of Service • Communicate with you about your project, delivery, and approval • Share your completed package with qualified developers in our network (on request only) • Improve our services and respond to inquiries
Payment Information & Stripe
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are encrypted and stored securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Forma does not have access to your full card number at any time. By completing a deposit payment, you authorize Forma to instruct Stripe to charge your stored payment method for the remaining balance upon project completion, as described in our Terms of Service.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except: • Stripe, for payment processing • Qualified developers in our network, only when you've requested your package be distributed • As required by law or legal process
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the services described in our Terms of Service and to comply with legal obligations. Payment method records are retained by Stripe per their own data retention policies.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at forma.sitedesign@gmail.com. Note that deletion of payment records may affect our ability to service your account.
Cookies & Analytics
Our website may use cookies or analytics tools (such as those provided by Framer or Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. This data is aggregated and anonymous. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. All payment data is handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Email communications are sent over encrypted connections where supported.
