$200 for every client you send me.

01The program

The Forma Referral Program pays you $200 for each new client you send me who pays for a Forma package. "I," "me" and "Forma" mean Forma Preliminary Design. "You" means the person enrolled as a referral partner.

To enroll, tell me you'd like to join. Once I've added you, your name appears in the "Who referred you?" list on formadesigns.io/referral and in the "Referred by" list on formadesigns.io/payment. Enrollment is free and you can leave at any time.

02What counts as a referral

A referral qualifies when all of the following are true:

• The person names you when they first reach me, by choosing you on the referral page or the payment page, by using your referral link, or by telling me directly before they order.
• They are a new client: not already a client of mine, and not someone I was already actively talking to about a project when they were referred.
• They order a Forma package, the package is delivered, and they pay for it (see "When you get paid").
• You are not referring yourself, your own listings, or an order you will pay for.

If two partners refer the same person, the first one recorded in my system gets credit. My records decide who referred whom.

03What you earn

You earn $200 for each qualifying client, regardless of which package or add-ons they choose. The payout is per client: a client you referred who comes back for more listings does not earn additional payouts unless I tell you otherwise in writing.

There is no cap on the number of clients you can refer.

04When you get paid

Referral payouts are paid when the referred client pays, not when they sign up or order. Clients save a card when they order and are charged only when their package is delivered.

• Paid in full: your $200 is earned once the client's payment clears.
• Monthly payment plan: your $200 is earned once the client's first monthly payment clears.
• I pay earned referrals within 7 business days, by Zelle, PayPal or check, whichever you prefer.

If a client never pays, cancels before delivery, or receives a full refund, no payout is owed for that client. If a client's payment is refunded or reversed after I've paid you, I may deduct that $200 from a future payout.

05How to refer

Refer people honestly and in a way you'd be comfortable with me seeing.

• Describe Forma accurately. Don't promise prices, timelines, results, discounts or guarantees beyond what's published on formadesigns.io.
• Don't send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, and follow the laws that apply to how you contact people.
• Don't present yourself as Forma, as my employee, or as able to act or sign for me.
• If you're a licensed real estate professional, it's your responsibility to follow your brokerage's policies and your state's rules, including any disclosure of referral compensation to your client or broker.

06Your relationship with Forma

You're an independent referral partner, not an employee, agent, partner or joint venturer of Forma. You pay your own costs of referring people. Nothing here guarantees that I'll accept or complete any project; I can decline any client.

07Changes and ending the program

I may change these terms or end the program at any time by updating this page or telling you directly. Changes apply to referrals made after the change. Payouts already earned under the earlier terms will still be paid.

I may remove a partner from the program, and withhold payouts for referrals affected by it, if the partner breaks these terms or acts in bad faith (for example, fake or self-referrals).

08Everything else

These terms are the whole agreement about the referral program. Anything not covered here is governed by the Forma Terms of Service at formadesigns.io/tos, including its governing-law and dispute terms. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

By joining the program or accepting a payout, you agree to these terms.
